Instructions
Cook Beef: In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add Veggies: Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until soft.
Combine Ingredients: Stir in beans, tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
Simmer: Pour in beef broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Serve: Ladle the chili into bowls. Top with shredded cheese and a dollop of sour cream. Serve with cornbread.
