Ingredients

2 lb pork shoulder
1 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
12 mini slider buns
2 cups coleslaw

Instructions

Mix BBQ sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Place pork shoulder in a slow cooker and pour the mixture over it. Cook on low for 8 hours.
Once cooked, shred the pork using two forks and mix with the sauce in the cooker.
