Instructions
Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and let cool.
In a large bowl, combine cooled potatoes, chopped eggs, celery, and red onion.
In a separate bowl, mix together all ingredients for the potato salad dressing. Pour over the potato mixture and gently toss to coat.
