Instructions
Prepare Cheese: Freeze mozzarella sticks for 1 hour.
Coat Cheese: Dredge sticks in flour, dip in egg, and then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Freeze Again: Freeze coated sticks for 30 minutes.
Heat Oil: Heat oil to 375°F (190°C) in a deep fryer or large pot.
Fry: Fry mozzarella sticks until golden brown, about 1 minute per side.
Serve: Drain on paper towels and serve with marinara sauce.
