Ground beef, simmered with tomatoes, onions, and garlic, creates a rich and flavorful layer. The béchamel sauce adds creaminess to the lasagna. It’s a smooth, white sauce that blends perfectly with the other ingredients. And of course, the cheeses – stretchy mozzarella and flavorful Parmesan – melt into an irresistible golden top layer.
Building a lasagna is like crafting a work of art. You start with a layer of noodles. Add a scoop of meat sauce, then béchamel, and sprinkle with cheese.
